Chihtsai No.13 Essence Sculpting Lotion supports and holds without buildup. The non-sticky, non-greasy formulation leaves hair with a clear and glossy look and is suitable for cold-perm curls and short hair.

D- panthenol (Vitamin B5 complex) repairs and strengthens hair shafts, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein moisturises and conditions while Jojoba oil provides an emollient, leaving hair glossy.

Directions of Use:
Work scuplting lotion through wet or dry hair. Apply more for additional hold and support.
